	City Hall This Renaissance three-storey town hall is the best witness of the Pilsen prosperity in the early modern times. This jewel, considered to the most beautiful city halls in Bohemia, was built by the Italian architect Giovanni de Statia in the years 1554-1559.
	Franciscan Monastery The Franciscan Monastery is one of the town’s oldest and most remarkable monuments, accompanying Pilsen history since the early beginning.
	Great Synagogue The Great Synagogue is the second largest synagogue in Europe and the third largest in the world (after the one in Jerusalem and Budapest). Since 1894 it belongs to the dominating features of Pilsen.
	Houses Decorated with Sgraffiti Pilsen can boast a rich "collection" of houses decorated with sgraffiti, the themes of which are mostly inspired by the national history. The decorations were mostly made at the base of sketches by M. Ales.
	Church of St. Anne St. Anna's Church represents the most beautiful fruit of the Pilsen baroque. It´s a masterwork of the Pilsner architect of Italian origin, Jakub Auguston.
	Church of St. George The church belongs to the oldest buildings in Bohemia. It was built for the Benedictine monks after the return of the Prague bishop St. Vojtech from Rome.
	J. K. Tyl Theatre The building of the "Great Theatre" was finished in 1902. This representative building was built in Neo-Renaissance style with Art Nouveau elements according to the plans of an important Czech architect A. Balsanek.
	Patton Memorial Pilsen The museum is a permanent remembrance of liberation of Pilsen and end of the Second World War in Europe. The only museum exposition in the Czech Republic devoted to the American Army.
	St. Bartholomew´s Cathedral The dominant of the city of Pilsen is the spire of the St. Bartholomew's Cathedral – the highest spire (103 m) in the Czech Republic. The construction of the cathedral began in 1295.

	Pilsner Urquell Brewery Pilsen is the place where golden lager beer was born in 1842. Since then the whole beer world has been trying to imitate it.
	The PUB – Pilsner Unique Bar In August, 2005 opened in Pilsen was a bar of new generation with world-unique system of self-service beer taps on each table. The visitors may so tap themselves the non-pasteurized tank beer Pilsner Urquell at their table.
